CLOUDLAND with Fever Beam, Reverends, BETTER LIVING
CLOUDLAND

Hey, compadres. We're CLOUDLAND. First things first, we are four best friends that love making music together. We grew up in the town of Fayetteville, GA. If anyone knows anything about Fayetteville, it's that after about eight o'clock everything in town closes down. So, on a Friday night the only thing for us to do was to make rock and roll in someone's basement. After about a year of messing around with songwriting and original material, we sat down to talk about getting serious. We all came to the conclusion that if we were gonna take a shot at pursuing music seriously, we were gonna do it together. We now reisde in Athens, Georgia as of August 2018. The unique thing about this group is that with every member comes a different musical influence. Hogan (Guitar) loves Dean DeLeo of Stone Temple Pilots, Drake (Bass) is influenced by Green Day & Kings Of Leon, Karmen (Drums) frequently plays Paramore, and Zach (Guitar/Vocals) learns from Johnny Cash. We hope these vast and different musical influences contribute to a completely new sound for our fans. We assure you we aren't just another pop band looking for fame. We're just four guys pursuing a passion to create and perform the best music we can offer. We want our music to be for people, for all people. Whether you've got it all figured out or you're falling apart, we hope these songs speak to you. At the end of the day, we are just four hometown guys with a drive to make something special. After all, we're not being anyone if we're not being us. With love, Hogan Heim, Zach King, Karmen Smith, & Drake Bunton @cloudlandband

Fiona Silver
Fiona Silver

Fiona Silver’s songs unfold like grainy film noir vignettes strewn with anachronistic stylistic signifiers, captivating narratives, and raw emotionality. The New York City born-and-bred singer, songwriter, guitarist, and producer calls her debut album Little Thunder. Fiona’s album comes from a swirling storm within—it’s a masterstroke that is both vulnerable and badass. Fiona’s evocative artistry encompasses the doe-eyed playfulness of 1960s girl groups, and the haunting beauty of Lady Day-era jazz, along with strains of vintage soul, classic rock, and modern indie rock. It’s a romantic aesthetic of pour-your-heart-out proportions that also harnesses humor, irony, and an alluring naiveté. Fiona has garnered acclaim from NPR’s All Things Considered, Rodney Bingenheimer (aka "The Mayor of Sunset Strip") on both Sirius XM & KROQ FM Radio, Forbes, Bust Magazine, Paste Magazine, Galore Magazine, Ladygunn Magazine, Magnet Magazine, Inked Magazine, Glamour, Black Book, Beautiful Savage Magazine, Quiet Lunch, Pure Volume, Culture Collide, Examiner, and Curve Magazine, among others. With her pinup girl panache and seductive charm, she’s mesmerized audiences internationally. Fresh off her North American tour with Rock 'n Roll/Blues icon Gary Clark Jr., a cross section of other live highlights include performances at The Fillmore (San Francisco) with Gary Clark Jr. and Carlos Santana, Music Hall of Williamsburg with The Lemon Twigs, Mohawk Austin supporting Andrew W.K., KCRW's 'Desert Nights' at The Standard Hotel Hollywood, Georgia Theatre, as well as residencies at Rose Bar and Ace Hotel in New York. Fiona also has the added distinction of being endorsed by Telefunken Microphones, Reverend Guitars & Luna Guitars. Little Thunder is a poetic and poignant collection of cinematic soul-pop and shakin’-from-the-hips garage rock. The seven-song’s lead single, “Take Me Down,” boasts echo-drenched guitars, an infectious Motown-vibing bassline, and Fiona’s stunning vocal phrasing. Here, she traverses weary lover coolness, hope, and heartbreak. Fiona’s seductive lost puppy innocence imbues “I’ll Follow You.” This track comes off like a golden ballad beamed into a cherry red 57 Chevy from a lost radio transmission. On the simmering “Keep it Fresh,” she lays out a treatise on self-empowerment over an undeniably funky beat. The album concludes with the chilling David Lynchian “Smoking Gun,” a masterful done-wrong revenge narrative that evokes Ennio Morricone and swampy goth-poets The Gun Club. Fiona, who is a gifted big picture conceptualist, co-produced the album with Erin Tonkon, an on-the-rise producer who has worked with such artists as David Bowie and Esperanza Spalding. Grammy-nominated mastering engineer Emily Lazar, of David Bowie, Foo Fighters, Lou Reed, and Morrissey fame, put the final sonic touches on the album. Since the release of Little Thunder, Fiona Silver has been touring the U.S., and releasing songs such as "Here Comes The Fall," a departure from her Rock 'N Roll roots into a haunting dream-like croon, accompanied by a surrealist music video which premiered on Paste Magazine, who said, "Fiona Silver is a noir movie queen in the body of a modern rock vixen—part Ava Gardner, part Joan Jett. On her debut album Little Thunder, she put fuzzy guitars and electronic trimmings on a vintage soul foundation, with her powderkeg vocals tying it all together. Her first post-Little Thunder single, “Here Comes the Fall” rides a seductive riff, swelling with strings as Silver vows, 'I love you when it gets cold.' " More recently, Silver released two new singles, “Nightclubbing” a tropical/disco/indie rock tune with a nod to her punk hero Iggy Pop, as well as “Thunder and Lightning” a heart-wrenching blues ballad released on her first day touring with Gary Clark Jr. Both songs were recorded by Grammy Award-winning producer Lawrence "Boo" Mitchell (who has worked with Bruno Mars, Al Green and Buddy Guy, to name a few) at the legendary soul factory Royal Studios in Memphis, TN.

Added Color
Added Color

Added Color is a Brazilian-American rock band from Brooklyn, New York, with a message of empowerment and the muscle to bring the message home. From their first EP in 2017 (Psycho) to their most recent (if you had it all), Added Color have stashed their heavy and urgent themes (personal, political, and more) within diverse music (hard rock, funk, alt, world) that’s instantly appealing – yet increasingly involving each and every time it’s heard. The band thrives in the recording studio: the second of the three EPs, Mr. Industry, (2018) and if you had it all were recorded at Gojira’s Silver Cord Studios by Johann Meyer (Gojira/Roadrunner Records) and Jamie Uertz (Blind Melon). But the studio is a place for Added Color to find the truest sound of each song rather than to smother the music and lyrics with gimmicks. There are no “effects without causes” for these songs, and the only originality they look for is truth – to mean what they play. Dan and Kiko Freiberg, two brothers from Brazil, met with Americans Danny Dahan and Tim Haggerty in 2014, and explored various genres and styles together before focusing on their present profile. They’ve received high praise throughout their collaboration from such media outlets as PureVolume, Red Bull Music, The Huffington Post, AOL Noisecreep, and The Village Voice. Pancakes and Whiskey debuted the title single off the “Psycho” EP stating “If you’re ready to hear the best rock track of the year, thus far, then you’ve come to the right place.” This same authenticity found in the recording studio blazes in their dynamic live shows, whether in the most D.I.Y. venues of underground New York, on tour, or on the largest festival stages. They have performed live on major tours throughout the U.S., Canada, and beyond. Added Color have toured Morocco three times with multiple dates each time, and in the Freibergs’ native Brazil have played many shows, including some at the largest venues (e.g. the Porão do Rock, host of headliners such as Muse and others). The Monsters of Rock Festival officially nominated them as one of the top five upcoming Brazilian rock bands. Added Color’s earful lands big with all audiences in every venue: Respect each other; be yourself; define yourself. That’s what they do, and that’s what their music does for the audience.

Sweet Lizzy Project
Sweet Lizzy Project

Sweet Lizzy Project, one of the most culturally significant bands to emerge from Cuba in recent years, has a distinctive sound imbued with overtones of classic American indie pop-rock suffused with an intoxicating Latino flair. Lead singer Lisset Diaz's incomparable voice, which has been likened to that of a long-caged sparrow finally set free, captures listeners' imaginations, note by note, leaving fans enthralled as they surrender to the group's mesmerizing forcefield of sound. In addition to Diaz, who also plays acoustic guitar, the five-piece band includes: Miguel Comas, lead guitar, producer, and background vocals; Wilfredo Gatell, keyboards and background vocals; drummer Angel Luis Millet, and bass player Alejandro Gonzalez. Sweet Lizzy's songs, all original and penned in English, are reflective of the members' wide range of ages, from their 20s to 40s. SLP has attracted international attention with its high-energy, genre-defying live performances. In 2017, they were showcased on PBS's "Havana Time Machine," alongside Grammy award-winning group, The Mavericks. It was a fortuitous pairing, as it gave SLP an opportunity to forge a relationship with Raul Malo, the Mavericks congenial lead singer, who invited them to Nashville,TN the following year. Since arriving in the United States, SLP has performed coast-to-coast. The group, which was featured on PBS's Emmy award-winning music television series, "Bluegrass Underground," has been touring the nation with The Mavericks. SLP has just completed its second album, "Technicolor," which was mixed by renowned sound engineer Niko Bolas and Thom Pununzio at Blackbird Studios in Nashville. The album is slated for release in the early spring of 2019.
