Fan Halen, American Made Concerts

American Made Concerts presents: Fan Halen

Known as “The World’s Most Authentic Tribute to Van Halen”, FAN HALEN sets the stage for a night with Dave, Eddie, Alex and Michael with a true-to-life tribute to not only the band but the spirit of an era! Based in Southern California, FAN HALEN has been together over 10 years playing to enthusiastic crowds all over the US as well as the globe including Europe, Japan, South and Central America, Canada and Mexico. Ernie Berru as David Lee Roth is so uncanny and convincing it’s got to be witnessed to be believed. From Diamond Dave’s unmistakable costumes to his signature scream and unique vocal delivery, Ernie delivers the swagger and bravado second only to Roth himself! Derek Fuller as Edward Van Halen recreates Edward’s classic guitar tone, playing every riff and solo with as much fury and technique as Edward himself, while capturing all of the enthusiasm and flash of Eddie's engaging live personality. Brian Nussle as Michael Anthony looks strikingly like Michael and supplies the low-end bass groove, high-end energy, and most importantly the high harmony backing vocals, which is essential in delivering the quintessential signature sound of Van Halen. Scott Brooks as Alex Van Halen behind his enormous circa 1981 18-piece double-barreled bass drum Ludwig kit delivers the thunderous rhythms and heavy artillery with all the enthusiasm, energy and ear-to-ear grin that Alex brought to Van Halen. You won’t believe your eyes or ears when you come to a FAN HALEN show as you’ll feel like its 1984 all over again! From the look of the band, the choreography, the note-for-note reproduction of the greatest rock songs ever written to the sonic energy of the performance, nothing is overlooked...in other words, while FAN HALEN is on stage they are Van Halen! Accomplishments: · FAN HALEN awarded the honor of representing Van Halen and their music not once but TWO TIMES on AXS-TV's hit series “The World's Greatest Tribute Bands” where we performed “live” on National TV broadcast to 45 million homes- Oct 14, 2014 http://youtu.be/FvuXq2Ak9i0 - Feb 24 2016 https://youtu.be/f4u7wdwfa8k · FAN HALEN was voted #1 Van Halen tribute by the World's most popular Tribute Band website TributeCity.com - www.tributecity.ocm · FAN HALEN is featured in a documentary by Warner Bros. Records chosen for our “precision and near perfect replication of Van Halen.” http://youtu.be/rjVswCmOrdU · FAN HALEN was on the cover and featured in the cover story of "Guitarist" an international guitar magazine in Dec. 2011 http://fanhalen.net/news/GuitaristInterview.htm · FAN HALEN was featured in Guitar World in April 2012 · FAN HALEN is featured on a Van Halen "tribute" CD called, " Take Your Whiskey Home" alongside members of Black Sabbath, Aerosmith, Journey, Quiet Riot, Ratt and others Notable Reviews: “As the original bass player of Van Halen, I can tell you that Fan Halen NAILS IT! I first saw these guys at the Van Halen Rising book launch party. I had a chance to meet and play with the band. What a great group- very humble and having fun playing early Van Halen. After the show I sent Edward Van Halen a picture and he replied, "who is that? he looks more like me than I do!" If you have a chance to see Fan Halen- do it! The music, the look and the show is spot on!” - Mark Stone “I really enjoyed the band at the Van Halen Rising book release party... Fan Halen certainly brought back some memories and good feelings, job well done for sure.” - Rudy Leiren, Eddie Van Halen’s Guitar Tech “As a member of the Van Halen road crew for years and years (ret.) I can honestly say that so far as capturing the music, the energy, the excitement, and especially the fun of the band in its glory days you won’t find anyone better than Fan Halen. Do yourself a favor and take a trip back in time with the boys for a rocking good time.” - John Watkins 5150 “I hired Fan Halen to play at my book launch party in Pasadena last fall. They performed for a crowd of old school Pasadena Van Halen fans -- I'm talking people who saw Van Halen years before they were famous, back when VH was a backyard party band. A tough crowd to please, right? Not for Fan Halen. I had numerous people come up to me and tell me how impressed they were with how faithfully Fan Halen reproduced the classic VH vibe and sound. I can't say enough good things about this band and its members. If you're having a party hire them, and if you're on the fence about going to see them ... buy a ticket now. Trust me.” - Greg Renoff, Author of “Van Halen Rising”

The Goddamn Gallows, Scott H. Biram, Urban Pioneers
The Goddamn Gallows, Scott H. Biram, Urban Pioneers

Spit from the heart of America's Rust Belt, arising from a night of flophouse violence. Drifting across the states, they cemented their sound in Portland, OR and later in Los Angeles, CA, where they lived in abandoned buildings, squatter camps, storage units and shoebox apartments. In 2007, they left everything behind and spent the next 4 years living out of whatever vehicle would get them to the next town. Building upon their original sound of twanged-out, punk rock gutterbilly (Life of Sin 2004 and Gutterbillyblues 2007), they began picking up stray musicians along the way and adding to their sound; washboard, accordion, mandolin and banjo (Ghost of the Rails 2009 and 7 Devils 2011) creating a sound referred to as "hobocore", "gypsy-punk" or "americana-punk", while never being stuck in any one sound.

Dirty Rotten Imbeciles, Intent, Destructive Productions
Destructive Productions presents: Dirty Rotten Imbeciles, Intent

Dirty Rotten Imbeciles is a hardcore/punk/thrash metal band. Frequently credited as the abbreviated D.R.I. Although they began in Houston, TX, in 1982, the band relocated to San Francisco, CA, in 1983 and are generally associated with both cities. Today, they band members in both cities. D.R.I. is led by founding members Kurt Brecht (vocals) and Spike Cassidy (guitar). The band's name was taken from one of the insults that Brecht's father hurled at the group, who practiced at the Brecht family home, when they first started playing together. In the beginning, D.R.I. was a hardcore punk band and was renowned for their extremely short and fast songs (their debut EP featured 22 songs in 18 minutes). By the mid-1980s, the band was one of the first to mix hardcore punk and thrash metal, which would become known as the "crossover" sound. The band has a dozen or so official releases, as well as numerous appearances on compilations. After the release of their last studio album to date ("Full Speed Ahead" in 1995), D.R.I. continued touring regularly over the next 20 years, with only a hiatus while guitarist Spike Cassidy recovered from cancer. The band did not record any new music until releasing the EP "But Wait... There's More!" in 2016.

Static-X, Wednesday 13, The Artourage
The Artourage Presents: StaticXMas Tour feat Static-X & Wednesday 13

Industrial Metal band from Los Angeles, California (USA). Static-X formed in 1994 and released six studio album before going on on hiatus in 2010. In 2012-2013 frontman Wayne Static toured with his solo band under the name Static-X. Arguments about using the name with Campos led to Wayne Static touring under his own name instead of Static-X until his death in 2014. In 2018 Campos, along with Fukuda and Jay, announce the band comback.
